Island Cove, a workforce for sale project will consist of 9 buildings (townhouses) of 6 units each, a total of 54 units. Forty two units will be 3 bedroom 2 ½ – 3 ½ bathroom units, square footage ranging from 1,469 sf – 1,667 sf under AC and twelve units will be 2 bedroom units and will measure 1,366 sf under AC. There will be Amenities such as a pool and covered pavilion. Homes are estimated to cost between $250,000 – 280,000. The DBHA will be partnering with non-profits such as The Delray Housing Group who will serve as developer .
